To: kornman@uswest.net From: ********@aol.com Subject: crawl and tunings hey mike, ya it's mike from the band. the harmonics in crawl are created by pushing the top string (tuned down to b flat) down between the pickups. the string frets out and makes that weird noise. i then play different harmonics on the top string as i pull off after fretting out the string between the pickups. in tolerate, it's not harmonics but feedback. the amp is really loud and i play a chord and let the guitar feedback in between the chords. good luck. btw, here are my tunings for dysfunction: mudshuvel, just go, raw, home & me are tuned: adadgb ( all tuned down a 1/2 step) a flat, & spleen are tuned to: aeadgb (all tuned down a 1/2 step) suffocate is tuned to: beadgb (all tuned down a 1/2 step) crawl is tuned to : bdeadgb (all tuned down a 1/2 step) later mike
